? Encourage active participation of young people from minorities in youth
The training will use a variety of non-formal educational methods and activities, and
emphasis will be given to using the experience of the participants throughout the
programme. This will include:
? A variety of ways to organise group discussions, debriefings, and evaluations,
so the participants have tried different methods which they can later use in
? Simulation games and role playing, and how this can be used for topics such
as intercultural learning and active participation.
? Letting the participants design an educational activity in practice, and to
present a session so they can try training skills such as facilitation in a safe
environment, while receiving feedback from the rest of the group.
The working methods are based on informal and non-formal methodology and
participatory approach. We provide them with space, opportunity, support and
facilitation in development of their skills and competences, by using interactive
methods, reflection and evaluation. Your ACTIVE PARTICIPATION in the training will
